I chose this office originally because it was closer to where my daughter lived and brought her and my grandaughter,age 4, for appointments. After their visit, my husband and I are coming here after seeing a different Optometrist for 10 years. Excellent, knowledgeable, friendly staff and doctor.

The Dr. And his staff are very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. They also keep up with technology and have a wide selection of frames and options to fit every taste and budget. They always make me feel like I am the only patient they care about. Dr. Holmberg and his staff are definitely an A+++ practice. I highly recommend them!!

I have had past experiences where the staff just goes straight to the point without really getting to know me and I dislike that I rather have them get to know their customers. I had a somewhat emergency situation and when I called the office Lana was very nice and reassuring that she would get me in to see the doctor. She followed up as she had said and within the hour, I was at the office being taken care of. I am very impressed with the professionalism, care and willing to get me in the office even though this was my very first visit and my doctor is in San Francisco. After the visit I have made a decision to switch over and make Arena Eye Care my primary care. My husband and I will be getting our eyes exams here from now on. Dr. Holmberg was very thorough, explained the issue and treated me. I have already referred some friends to Dr. Holmberg. Thank you for your excellent care!!

I was very impressed with the service I received. I started getting flashes on the side of my eye Friday night. I left a message Sat morning and I was able to get an appointment Monday morning. To top it off I needed to see a specialist and your staff was able to make an appointment the same day. It turned out I needed laser treatment. Your staff was entertaining and the Dr. Holberg was great because he expained everything to me in laymens terms. Thank you for everything.

It was a really great experience. Dr. Holmberg took the time to thoroughly analyze my eyes and my symptoms, and identified a problem that my previous eye dr. overlooked. He gave me some several options for correcting my vision problems and was very pleasant to work with.

My insurance policy changed, when this happens a followup call needs to happen before the appointment. With the current financial hardships that most Americans are facing I want to see my eye doctor provide options like a payment plan towards the desired lenses and frames.
